If you are looking for a co-pilot our Wedding Management package is a great option as we are able to provide support during the decision making process rather than weeks before your wedding. Note: We do not offer “day of coordination” packages.

Our wedding management package is for couples who have or will secure all of their full-service professional vendors, but would like guidance with timeline creation, fine tuning decor details, navigating remaining vendor logistics and of course on-site support for your ceremony rehearsal and wedding day.  

This package includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Initial master planning session, and review of all services * This is the kick-off!

• Unlimited email correspondence, access to personalized planning dashboard

• Venue walk through/floor plan creation to map out event flow and discuss wedding details.

• Set-up of personal decor (welcome table, ceremony decor, table-top items and personal decor according to floorplan.

• Direct all timing of your events, gather and line-up wedding party, direct guests to their seats, cue musicians/DJ through formalities

• Create a detailed venue strike list to ensure that all clean-up tasks will be completed by your designated vendors per the venue's requirements.
