Q: Why should I hire a planner?
A: Chances are, when it comes to planning an event of 100 + people; this is your first rodeo. It involves more than choosing your date and saying yes to the dress. We will work with you to create a budget, select a wedding venue that fits your needs, arrange consultations with appropriate vendors per your tastes and budget, customize a timeline for your event, give cues to your wedding party to head down the aisle and handle everything else in between. Even the most organized & design savvy couples need someone in their corner on such an important day!
Q: Do you offer a "Day-of" package?
A: We do not currently offer “Day of” Coordination services as we are focusing on offering a level of service that requires communication typically 4-6 weeks in advance. In order to guarantee that all of the details are executed as our client's have envisioned. We need to be familiar with these details & do our due diligence by confirming these details with vendors and filling in any “to be determined” details. As you can imagine, this would be an impossible task with a “Day of” service! Instead we offer a Wedding Management Package specifically created to focus on the essentials needed to bring all of the details from your vision together.
We are dedicated to ensuring that the quality of our service never slips. This requires that we allocate adequate time to communicate with our clients, ensure expectations are met, review details with the vendors to ensure they are set-up for success with all of the timeline information. Lastly, we want to make sure that we can advocate on your behalf to anticipate issues before they arise.
Q: What sets The 530 Bride apart from other planners?
A: Your time is valuable, and our priority is helping you to have some normalcy while planning your wedding so that you still get to focus on your relationship and life outside of wedding planning. You will have one-on-one personal service throughout your entire planning process. There is no cookie-cutter wedding factory here. Our experience & expertise allows you to truly focus on being present with your guests on your wedding day.
We utilize an online planning dashboard for all of our clients, allowing you to stay organized and involved with your planning progress. This allows us to share all of your wedding details with you in one place from your vendor information, budget, timeline, rsvp tracking, image gallery, contracts & more. When you feel like you have to do #all-the-things, we’ll be right there with you to streamline and help you prioritize.

Together our team of planners handles an average of 20 - 30 weddings per year, we will continually strive to provide a boutique event planning experience customized to each of our unique clients.
