We meet with you or arrange a phone consultation with you to learn about your vision for your day. Simply pick the services you need, and don’t pay more for those tasks that you have under control. Our process is personalized to fit your unique circumstances and planning preferences.

Proposal
You'll receive a custom proposal for planning, design & coordination based on your wedding details and requested services

Master Planning Session & Style Profile
Together we will review your style preferences, must-haves, vendor details & much more.

Venue Visit
We''ll tour your venue and provide advice & referrals as needed.  We specialize in transforming private estates, backyards and other unique settings!

Online planning dashboard
All of our couples are provided with a personalized dashboard with all of your wedding details

Design process
Now we get to dive into the details of your day and develop a design plan based on your venue & selected decor/rentals.  

Timeline
Our team will build a custom timeline that anticipates issues and accounts for all of the details of your wedding weekend from vendor arrival times, hair & make-up itinerary, ceremony processional and all formalities.  We'll communicate with your contracted vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page for a smooth event. 

Planning Scope
When you have your final guest count we will meet and carefully review the proposed schedule, rental list, decor load-in and load-out & more.  If something has changed and you need a last minute change we will assist in making the revisions!

Rehearsal Coordination
Coordination of ceremony details including the processional, readings, song selections and other details

Wedding Day
As you prepare for your ceremony and enjoy your hair and make-up time, we'll be onsite to oversee your rental deliveries, decor placement, vendor arrivals and finalize all of the details so that everything is camera ready as scheduled.  We stay for the duration of your wedding day to guide your wedding guests, family, wedding party and keep all of the formalities running smoothly while you dance and enjoy this amazing time together!
