Our event management package is designed for couples who are great decision makers and have already secured the majority of their event partners & services.  Specifically, we will focus on creating their detailed wedding timeline, fine tuning decor details, and managing the logistics for the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day.

It's a day full of so much emotion and even more moving parts, if there is a question we are there to answer it & anticipate any needs or issues that may arise.  The only questions you or your family should have to answer on your wedding is, would you like another glass of champagne/wine/etc!

Timeline Management 

Starting with any of the final appointments you have the week of the wedding, and diving into all vendor information including delivery & set-up times, shuttle times, hair and make-up timeline, cues for ceremony processional, music & announcements all the way to the last dance and clean-up of the event.  Each detail is captured and communicated so that nothing is missed. 

Ceremony Rehearsal & Coordination

We'll put together a processional list that includes any guests who need to be escorted, the walking order of your wedding party, special readings or traditions, your wedding vows and all of the cues & timing to ensure that it is seamless.

Executing the Details 

Set-up of basic ceremony and reception materials (welcome table, ceremony decor, and personal decor per client's instructions. *A la carte set-up of tables and chairs are available to add on*
