Q: Why should I hire a planner?
A: Chances are, when it comes to planning an event of 100 + people; this is your first rodeo. It involves more than choosing your date and saying yes to the dress. We will work with you to create a budget, select a wedding venue that fits your needs, arrange consultations with appropriate vendors per your tastes and budget, customize a timeline for your event, give cues to your wedding party to head down the aisle and handle everything else in between.
Ever heard of good cop, bad cop? Your wedding planner can be the middle man and help you handle vendor selections, contract negotiations, wedding party dilemmas and other fun family drama's so that you don't have to. While I can't solve two relatives not speaking to each other, I can make sure that you dance the night away without a worry on your wedding night!
Q: I want to plan most of my wedding myself..are you going to take over?
A: A wedding planner is your right hand, but you are still in the drivers seat and will be in control for the entire ride. Even if you have already planned much of the wedding details yourself, The 530 Bride can help execute those details as you specify so that you can enjoy your wedding day with your friends and family.
Q: What sets The 530 Bride apart from other planners?
A: When you book The 530 Bride for your wedding you will have one-on-one personal service throughout your entire planning process. There is no cookie-cutter wedding factory here. We use an awesome planning program that allows us to share all of your wedding details with you in one place from your vendor information, budget, rsvp tracking, image gallery, contracts & more. You can even invite your friends or family to view your wedding details.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book you?
A: That depends. Clients who would like assistance with vendor & venue selections, creating a budget etc will generally book our Full Service Package right after the engagement. Our Event Management Package really focuses on the 30-60 days leading up to your wedding day, so if we can get an early start that is always helpful. We'd say it's a good idea to set up a consultation and reserve your wedding date as soon as you can break yourself away from staring at that new ring of yours!
