On Friday December 16, 2011 Nick greeted Christine with flowers when she got home from work then took her to dinner at Olive Garden. They went to see the movie "The Sitter" which Christine wasn't initially happy about but it turned out to work in Nick's favor. They drove up the old Hwy, found a place to lay a blanket down to look at the stars, after a few minutes he got up and said some really sweet things then popped the question. Christine happily said Yes!

When I first spoke with Christine about her wedding plans, it was clear that it was important to her and Nick to find a venue that was easily accessible for their grandparents. Since they chose an April wedding date, they also knew they wanted a venue that offered enough space to hold the ceremony and reception indoors if needed due to rain.
The couple chose The Arroyo Room which is a very convenient and affordable venue offering enough space to hold their ceremony & reception indoors. Their colors are purple, Silver & Black and Christine has chosen purple Calla Lilies as her wedding flower.
