Our event management package is for couples who have or will secure all of their vendors, but just need help in creating their detailed day-of timeline, fine tuning details, managing logistics and day-of coordination.

This package includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • 3 in person client meetings (including venue walk through)
  • Unlimited email correspondence with client;
  • Vendor correspondence and coordination
  • Venue walk through/floor plan creation to map out event flow and discuss wedding details.
  • Create floor plan and produce comprehensive and detailed timeline for scheduled events and vendor logistics; distribute a shortened version for wedding party at Rehearsal.
  • Manage and coordinate one-hour wedding rehearsal
  • Set-up Ceremony and Reception materials, decor, and rentals per client's instructions. 
  • Direct all timing of your events, gather and line-up wedding party, direct guests to their seats, cue musicians/DJ
  • Gather all wedding materials, decor items and gifts and secure or deliver to designated room or bridal suite.
  • Distribute final payments to vendors
  • Ensure that all clean-up will be completed per the venue's requirements 
  • Includes lead planner for rehearsal (1 hour); Lead planner and 2 assistants on the wedding day (up to 10 hours) 

The Event Management Package does not include vendor or venue research, budget-cost analysis, design work or set-up/break down of rentals.
